Dramatic Moments Ltd. (a Cambridge Theatre School) are offering

5 day Online courses.

 

Week 1: Monday, June 20th through to Friday 24th June 2022

8.00pm to 9.00pm (UK time)

 

Week 2: Monday, July 11th through to Friday 15th July 2022

6.00pm to 7.00pm (UK time)

 

We’ll be taking a closer looks at the different genres of Shakespeare’s plays.

Week 1: Comedy and “A Midsummer Night’s Dream”

 

“Go, Philostrate,

Stir up the Athenian youth to merriments;

Awake the pert and nimble spirit of mirth!”

 

Week 2: Tragedy and “Macbeth” (the Scottish play!)

 

“All hail, Macbeth! Hail to thee, Thane of Glamis!

All hail, Macbeth! Hail to thee, Thane of Cawdor!

All hail, Macbeth! That shalt be King hereafter.”

 

We will be looking at:

• The language of Shakespeare
• The text of the play
• The characters
• The storyline

 

Each session will run for 1 hour.

All materials will be emailed.

Fees $100 per session.
